Australia Wide Coaches has recently purchased the very well established family business of Selwoods Coaches in Orange. Selwoods operate a number of contracted services for the Government, charter and a daily return express service to Sydney. We look forward to continuing their excellent reputation and further enhancing the business in Central West NSW.

CORPORATE DVD

We have recently had the pleasure of popular television identity, Shelley Craft presenting our new DVD on Australia Wide Coaches and Driving Force. These DVD’s are available to any client who is interested in using our fantastic coaches and service or for any office presentation you may require. Just holla’ and we’ll send you a copy. It’s the same that’s on our website.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE VEHICLES

We are one of the few companies in Australia to have invested in wheelchair accessible vehicles. These vehicles are now available for charter in Orange and Sydney, but do need to be booked well in advance.

Each vehicle has 1-2 wheelchair placements, however this does reduce the vehicle capacity to 42 seats.

DRIVERS

Recently, we engaged the services of Surf Life Saving Association NSW to conduct a Senior First Aid Course to our great team of drivers. We certainly hope they never have to use it, but at least they’re better prepared in case they do!

ELECTRONIC SIGNAGE

All large coaches in the AWC Fleet have now been fitted with Electronic Signage to either display a destination or more importantly display the Hirer’s name if they wish.

APT

Our high standards in the Charter/Tourist Coach Industry have been rewarded. Our Contract to be an operator for APT’s Sydney Day Tour Division has been renewed for another four years. In association with this prestigious tour provider, we operate day tours on a daily basis to the Blue Mountains, Jenolan Caves, Canberra, Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, South Coast and Sydney City and surrounds.

NEW COACHES

Another brand new 50 seat touring coach has joined the ranks of the AWC Fleet. This stunning looking vehicle was once again one of the highlights of the Bus and Coach Show. Another two new large coaches will join our ranks mid way through 2010.

COMPUTERISED RESERVATIONS

Australia Wide Coaches has installed the most advanced computerised reservations system in our industry, which is being regularly enhanced and upgraded. It enables us to have total quality control over all transport movements.

VEHICLE TRACKING

We are one of few coach companies in Australia who can GPS “live” track their vehicles. At any time of the day, we can ascertain where our vehicles are for the benefit of our Clients
